Cheesy Oven Baked Mussels

Looking for a quick mussel fix? This recipe is my secret weapon whenever my family needs a quick mussel snack. We love mussels especially when they're big and fresh. However, living in Ontario limits our access to fresh mussels, but the box of frozen New Zealand Mussels is a saviour 🙂 We do hope you enjoy this easy and cheesy mussel recipe as much as we did.
