Keto & Low-Carb Bone Marrow Soup with Beef Brisket

As I share this recipe I am reminded of my previous hometown where I can easily feast on an authentic bone marrow soup (or bulalo as we call it) so good that it could literally make me forget my own name 🙂 As sumptuous as it may sound that memory never fails to make me crave for something warm and tasty. Since my husband and I are trying the Keto diet, we modified this recipe and omitted the non-keto friendly ingredients. As we make this soup Keto approved it completely solved our longing for the bone marrow soup (bulalo) that we used to love and cherished.
